The quality of the Wallpaper is excellent. Great level of service and delivered on time. The instructions are easy to follow and the wall-paper can be hung in less than 1 hour.

The wall mural I purchased was great quality. The company were lovely to deal with. My item was delivered to the wrong address and wallsauce managed to locate it for me. Where the delivery company couldn’t.

I've got the first of the two murals up. I found that the paper must shrink a small bit on drying as in the morning i could see small white cracks where the pieces meet that I tried very hard to make sure didn't exist when applied. I will try to make sure they are tighter on the second mural.

Quality of mural is excellent, it looks great in my room. Service was quick & website is user friendly.
4/5Instructions to decorators had changed but nothing on website to advise of this.
Supply was quick and the picture was great. No problems there at all. Decorator had to ring re the quality of the paste to be used (as supplied) and why lining a wall first was no longer correct procedure. This caused delays as the wall had to be stripped.

Our murals have been specifically designed to be installed upon dry, smooth plastered/painted walls. As we have not yet tested our murals on any other surface, such as lining paper, we cannot advise on this. You must follow the full installation guide that will be supplied with your wall mural, otherwise, we cannot guarantee the product. The paste we supply, it has been rigorously tested by ourselves and evaluated in a controlled environment by the paste manufacturers. The paste makes the murals very easy to adjust by sliding them into place and it’s dry appearance has been certified as ‘excellent’ as it doesn’t cause bubbles or wrinkles to the edges. It is very important when installing you follow the instructions carefully and correctly to ensure you achieve maximum results and are covered by our quality guarantee. 5/5Fantastic telephone service worked every thing out for me,even when I changed my mind half way through and went with a different pattern. Can't praise them enough, came a day early to.
4/5I thought the service was really good. But I would have expected that given the price of the mural. The paper was really thick but struggles at times to match given it was a photograph. I did pride myself on hanging the paper, you just need a keen eye and someone to help you hold it in place. Lovely thick paper but make sue you keep a some paste for the edges as it soon dry out on the plaster. You need to stand cack at times to see if the matches.
