Wallsauce Customer Reviews

When I saw the photo of the wallpaper online on the wallsauce website I thought how beautiful it was and couldn't wait to purchase it.
I had to wait a while before ordering as it was so expensive and I then purchased it using credit, which I am still paying off.
Sadly the wallpaper I received which I had professionally installed (costing yet more money) does not live up to the promised photo on the website.
Their photo is a clear and detailed shot of an autumnal woodland, you can see the individual leaves on the trees, they are sharp and in focus, the wallpaper I have received is blurred and out of focus, and not like the websites description at all!
Sadly it is on the wall now so theres nothing I can do about it, as it was not until the wallpaper had been fitted that I saw it, so no, I don't rate wallsauce on their autumnal woodland muriel wallpaper, it doesn't look as good as they promised!

Yes I ordered on the website which was quick and straight forwards, wallpaper arrived quickly and well packaged.

The quality of the image and the product are outstanding as always. There's a reason I choose to do business with Wallsauce

Great communication and always treat me with the upmost courtesy and respect

We were delighted to find Wallsauce after a bad experience with a different company abroad where the mural arrived badly blurred and had to be returned. Wallsauce is an excellent UK company offering a sequence of checks to ensure we got exactly what we paid for. They offer a vast range of mural designs on their website, which is very easy and enjoyable to use. We first ordered a set of A3 samples (£3 each) to select from; a mock-up of the chosen mural on our own wall (free); a scaled sample (£20) to show how the full picture will look in situ; and finally the finished mural which arrived very quickly, was pin sharp, and looks stunning (see photo). It came in 5 strips that were easily fitted by our decorator – who was himself very impressed with the quality, and accuracy of their measurements. Well worth the money as it will give us pleasure for many years, and we are relying on the anti-fading treatment as it is by a West-facing window. The team were excellent at communicating with us every step of the way, and we can highly recommend them.

We valued the quick and helpful responses from each member of the team at every stage of our order.

Excellent

The image I uploaded wasn't good enough quality. The representative searched for an alternate image which I didn't chose but waited for me to select another before processing my order. Great service.
