How do a get a new password?
If you have forgotten your password, simply go to the login page and click 'reset password'. After entering your email address, you will be sent an email with a link. Click the link to the reset password page and follow the instructions given.
Are the wall murals DIY?
Our murals are designed for easy installation. You are responsible for installing your mural, unless you have specifically requested a full installation service. We will print and send the mural to you, complete with instructions on how to install your wall mural.
What wall mural material choices are available?
We offer 3 different wall mural material choices which are:

Is wallpaper paste for the 'Paste the Wall' murals included?
Yes! We include Solvite 'paste the wall' wallpaper adhesive free of charge with every 'paste the wall' mural. This will be sent with your wall mural.
How should I prepare my wall?
It is very important to ensure that your wall is ready for a wall mural. Correct preparation will result in an easier, more straight-forward installation and that your wall mural will correctly adhere to the wall. Adequate preparation will also mean that in the future, removing your wall mural will be as trouble free as possible. Please ensure that your wall is correctly primed and sealed before hanging your wall mural. For more details see our page - Preparing your wall.
Does the mural come in panels?
Yes. All of our paste the wall, ready pasted or self-adhesive murals are supplied in floor to celing panels. The length of each panel will match the height you have entered for your wall mural and each one simply butts up to the next adjacent panel during installation. All of your panels will be the same width. An installation guide is included with each mural order.
Can I clean/wipe my wall mural?
Yes, with care, you can wipe clean your wall mural. Simply take a clean, damp sponge a wipe gently using warm water. Do not use chemical detergents on your wall mural.
Will the wall be damaged when I remove the mural to re-decorate?
Our self-adhesive wall mural is designed not to damage your wall when you remove it, based on it being installed on a wall that is correctly prepared. Our pre-pasted wallpaper mural is also designed to be removable on the same basis. For more details on removing your wall mural please visit our - Removing your wall mural page.
What if I damage a panel and it becomes unusable during installation?
This rarely happens, however we are able to print individual panels if required. If this happens to you, please contact us for assistance and we will be happy to help.
Can I pick the size of mural I want?
Yes, you can totally customise the size of the wall mural that you want. Simply add the dimensions that you want and the image will be 'cropped' to show you what area of the image fits those dimensions. Once the crop marks are shown on the image, you can move these marks to highlight the exact area of the image that you want printed by us as your wall mural. The minimum size of our wall murals is 2 square metres.
How do I deliver to a different address?
When you are making your purchase, you can opt to have the mural delivered to an address that is not your billing address. Simply click the send to a different delivery address option and fill in your alternative delivery address details. This alternative delivery address will also be shown on the right hand side of the page during the checkout and payment process.
Will I be told when my murals have been despatched?
Yes. Once your mural has been printed and has been dispatched to you via our courier, you will receive an email to inform you.
How many days after placing my order will I receive my mural?
Our normal delivery timescale is within mainland UK is 4 to 5 working days and 6 to 8 days for the U.S. If you have a special urgent requirement, please contact us to discuss. For all locations outside of mainland UK, estimated delivery timescale are shown on the Delivery Options page. We use TNT International for all our international orders.
Do you accept orders from overseas?

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, once your order is placed online, you will receive an order confirmation by email, giving you a summary of your order.

On uploading my own file, how do I know if my image is of good enough quality?
On the 'Upload your own image' page, the image quality indicator will let you know whether your image is of good enough quality to print as a wall mural. You can also read our customer file requirements guide for more information and advice on providing image files for printing.
I have seen an image/photo somewhere else that I would like printed as a wall mural. Can you help?
If you have seen an image that you would like printed as a wall mural but are unsure about the next steps, simply contact us for help and advice on obtaining the image you want and/or determining whether the image is available for you to use.
