The fan-like arches create a flowing geometric rhythm, giving the design a sense of movement while retaining the balance of a classic repeating pattern.

The pastel palette gives each overlapping wave its own subtle character, with cool blues and gentle greens blending alongside touches of soft pink. The colours appear layered within the curved motifs, creating a painterly quality that adds depth and variation across the design. Its combination of organic colour and structured form makes the pattern feel both decorative and contemporary.

Across a full wall, Painted Seigaiha Orchid creates a light and uplifting feature with a distinctly artistic feel. The pastel tones pair beautifully with pale woods, soft whites and complementary muted colours, making it a versatile choice for bedrooms, living rooms, nurseries and interiors inspired by Japanese, contemporary or eclectic design.
