We want you to be entirely satisfied with the wall murals we provide. We use the latest technology and environmentally friendly inks for printing, plus some of the very best paper and materials available in the industry to ensure that you receive the very best quality products as much as possible.

We print your wall mural to order based on your dimensions and include any other bespoke requirements. Your mural is then computer-cut into a roll of divided panels and carefully checked over by an experienced member of the print team to ensure that every mural is dispatched in perfect condition.

If you find a problem with your wall mural, you have the right to return it to us within 30 days of receipt of the item, starting on the day after you receive your item. The mural must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging. When we have received it, we will either replace the item or provide a full refund. Please note that murals cannot be refunded due to customer mistakes, supplying incorrect measurements, or where you change your mind.

MeaSUREsafe Guarantee

Undermeasured your wall? We’ve got you covered!

It happens; even professionals make mistakes when measuring walls. Our MeaSUREsafe guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind and cover you if you have undermeasured your wall.

If your mural is too small because you accidentally measured your wall wrong, we’ll simply replace your mural, and you’ll only pay the difference. All you need to do is select MeaSUREsafe before you place your order.

There’s no fine print, just this simple process:

• Our MeaSUREsafe guarantee has to be purchased before you place your order.
• Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order if you need to use the guarantee.
• Once you have let us know, you will need to post one of the middle panels of your mural back to us at your own cost. This panel cannot have been installed on your wall. Folding the panel and posting it in an envelope will suffice.
• We will replace your order, like for like, with the additional measurements, and you will only need to pay the difference for the additional measurements. Not the total amount of the new mural.
• MeaSUREsafe covers the cost of providing a replacement mural only. It excludes any delivery costs and taxes. These will be advised when making a claim or you can contact us beforehand for more details.
• We can only offer this service to no more than three murals per order and will only replace each mural once.
• This guarantee is only available in the UK, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
