Can I turn a photo taken on my phone into photo wallpaper?
By all means, upload your photo taken on your phone. However, the quality will likely not be good enough to print as photo wallpaper. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to fix these images. To take the best quality photos, we recommend using a DSLR camera.
What if I've found an image on another website?
You have to gain permission for us to print that image for you, or you can see if we already have access to it. Try uploading a screenshot here.
It says my image is low quality. Can you fix it?
Unfortunately, there is no fix that we can do to improve the image's quality.
Can you edit my image to create personalised wallpaper?
Absolutely! There may be a small design fee for us to create personalised wallpaper, but our studio team can advise you beforehand. For more information on this service, please get in touch.
Can you add a logo to my image before it's printed?
Of course! There may be a small design fee for this service. Please email your image and logo with your details to info@wallsauce.com.
Can you create a bespoke photo collage or montage?
Absolutely! There is a small design fee for bespoke wallpaper, but we will advise you of this depending on your requirements. Please contact us with as much detail as possible, along with the number of images you’d like to include in your montage/ collage.
What are the material options?
We currently have four standard wallpaper options. ‘Classic’, ‘Premium’ and 'Deluxe' are all paste-the-wall materials and we also have a 'Peel and Stick' wallpaper option. Further details can be found here on our wallpaper materials.
If you are a health establishment, such as a dental surgery or hospital, you might want to consider our 'Deluxe' wallpaper option, which has antimicrobial properties.
Can I get a sample of the custom wall mural before I order?
Yes! Once you've uploaded your image, you can order an A3 sample of your custom wall mural on your choice of material. We recommend customers take advantage of this service to review the image and colours.
How long will shipping take?
We aim to dispatch all murals within 1-2 working days. For delivery timescales, please check out our delivery information.

4/5I love it but wish I had of thought about asking to somehow get more of the picture in the smaller space I had to work with. The flowers are giant, which I love, but I don't get the overall beauty of the whole picture which I was hoping for. (Excuse the pictures showing the renovation only partially completed. Black tiles will be going under the partially covered wall and wooden flooring will also be going down.) The wallpaper hanger said the quality of the paper was amazing to work with.

2/5The graphics on the paper was excellent however despite following the preparation and installation instructions meticulously, the paper came off the wall within 14 hours. Our decorator had to return and redo the papering. The only way it would stick was by papering the wallpaper and not the wall. There was also shrinkage on the paper. We paid for a highly experienced decorator due to the price paid for the mural.
5/5Fabulous designs, easy to order and top notice customer service. Super quick delivery, on two separate orders my deliveries both came next day, although this isn’t advertised and hadn’t been promised. I did ask if they could change the background colour on one (big ask!) and they sought permission from the artist and got the job done! Awesome!
