5/5Our wallpaper was custom made from premium materials which made it a breeze to install. From the time we ordered it took to create it in the UK to our door took less than a week. We loved the updates on how the order was going. Now all we can say is WOW

4/5I ordered a specific dimension and worked with the guy to ensure it would fit. Was told to expect five panels and we only received four so the whole design was not there. The product is amazing!! Customer service was great!! Mistake was unfortunate!

Unfortunately, I was unable to locate any communication from yourself with regards to this, therefore, have not been able to assist in resolving the matter. Please be aware, our panel samples are designed to give you a representation of the scale of the design, print quality and colours. I have reviewed your order and can see that you have samples of two of our best-selling murals. With wall murals and panel samples, they are meant to be viewed stood back so you can get the full effect, like a painting in a gallery. Your samples are of photos, so there will be some out of focus areas that represent the perspective.
