I rated my purchase Excellent primarily because of the superior customer service that Wallsauce provided when it turned out the mural I ordered could not be used in the intended space.

I intend to do future business with Wallsauce for two reasons: (1) their mural products are of substantial material and are very high quality (but they must be selected based on resolution and intended viewing distance), and (2) the customer service treatment was superb: kind, understanding, and fully in line with the advertised product warranty.

The product materials and customer service were superior.

The statement I provided earlier in this review provides all needed detail.

The quality of paper is excellent and the goods were well packed and delivered in good time.

Looks beautiful and easy to install. We pasted because this was in the bathroom. Lots of compliments with “WOW”.

Website is very easy to navigate with a huge selection of papers and murals & delivery is very fast. Wallsauce is my go to for wallpaper and every purchase has been a winner!

It was ok

We actually ordered the “Rusty Rainbow” as opposed to Industrial Grunge, however really really pleased with the look in our new bedroom. Quite literally everyone who sees it in the flesh or via a photo says “wow”. We like it which is the important thing of course but always nice to get compliments too.

Great service with really helpful staff and a great product so would certainly recommend.

It is stunning and certainly a talking point!
I am a 67 year old lady recovering from a stem cell transplant and in isolation but I put it up myself so it can be done. However I would advise 2 people to do it to support the sections as they go up. I also took the recommendation to seal the wall with Zinsser Garda, which was worth the effort! It was easy to order and arrived so quickly.
I love it and it brings me joy to look at!

Fabulous website, great product, clear instructions, my only issue was that the cutting of the paper was slightly off but my decorator contacted you and the service was excellent with a choice of part refund or replacement product offered.

Lovely mural for our kitchen, the packaging was very well done, the picture came in one roll but needed to be cut into 4 sections, but ensure you read the instructions as this will help with any errors with the finished product and is crucial to getting the best from your mural.

Easy to use website and speedy delivery.
