2/5I have purchase a couple of murals from you in the past with great results but not so much this time
Well this is not about the service it is more about the product. The problem is at the seams a white strip edge is seen at every panel, tried to overlap still white stripe appears from matching panel.

Please be aware, in order to ensure your mural has a long and healthy life, it's vital you follow our wall preparation and installation guides carefully and closely, to achieve maximum results. Normally, seam issues arise from a range of factors such as improper wall surface preparation, inconsistent adhesive application, extreme environmental conditions or sometimes from over-vigorous pressure applied to the paper causing it to stretch slightly, subsequently retracting at the seams. As far as we are able to ascertain, there are no known defects in the mural materials or paste that we supply and should you have required any assistance during your installation process, our friendly studio team are always on hand to offer guidance.
