Expected better quality frames for the price. Found similiar frame with same print elsewhere for much less. In fact Wallsauce are selling framed print at 236.5% more than elsewhere for like for like frame and print. I raised this, advised return and refund expected but when asked for free return postage label I did not get a response. Thus marked poor on product and customer service.

So easy to use, I tried other sites which seemed to load things up with unnecessary complexities. Plus Wallsauce was pretty much the only provider that could supply a 7.5m by 2.5m drop image. Paper arrived really quick and my decorators were impressed by the quality of the paper.

When we had an issue with payment, the staff responded promptly. they reversed our original order so that we could re order our item. It was very helpful.
