Wallsauce gave a great service. There was an issue with our original order and they answered my e mail within 24 hours, completely took the issue in board and reissued my vinyl. It's now hanging pretty and looking fabulous. Thanks so much.

Loved the image, prepared the wall exactly as instructions said and it looked great when it was put up but the following morning when you could see the edges of the paper as it had shrunk whilst it dried so bit disappointed by this as it spoils the overall look!

4/5The mural is great quality and looks stunning in the room, we are really pleased with the finish.
The downside is that there are no warnings on the website about sizing (with this being our first purchase of a mural) and therefore, as we ordered size exactly to the dimensions of our wall, by the time the mural was applied there was a few centimetre gap at the bottom of the mural (meaning there is a gap between the skirting board and the mural!). We had the mural fitted by an experienced decorator of over 20 years, so it wasn't the application, and if I was to order again then I would make sure I add 1 inch to each dimension - lesson learnt the hard way - so please beware of this and take our advice when you make your purchase! Other than that, you will be very happy with your order.
Quick and easy process - but beware of the lack of disclaimers on the website for the need to order a couple of inches longer than the actual wall size.

The mural was exactly what I required, supplied with clear and simple instructions for the application of the product and the delivery was really prompt with DHL Express.
Order confirmed on Wed and item arrived the following Mon.
Would use this company again without doubt. Great service.

Please be aware, we recommend you add an extra 5cm or 2" to both the height and width of your mural to accommodate any variations, allowing any excess to be trimmed. This is stated at several stages throughout the ordering process, on our website, particularly at step one where you are asked to enter your dimensions. Additionally, we also have a dedicated section on our website to help guide you through the correct measuring process.
