4/5See comments above. Colours were not the same in online bad in reality. They really need to provide samples.
The quality of service was fantastic - they kindly expedited the order for me. However, the colours in reality just did not match what I saw online. And it was far too blurry. I know you have to look at murals from a distance to her the full effect but this didn’t look right from even 2 metres away.
Ended up paying for the mural to be taken down and we painted the wall: A real shame.

5/5SO happy I came across Wallsauce online. My wallpaper project is now complete, and I'm extremely happy with the result. A big thank you to Shannon who was so patient in assisting me and facilitating the end result. Only 1 hiccough throughout - the '1' small packet of paste that accompanied the 6 x 6m rolls was nowhere near enough. My installer had to provide the remainder.
But still super happy - thank you Wallsauce! :D
Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I’m so pleased to hear of your satisfaction with your mural. Please be aware, each 230g sachet of Solvite ‘Paste the Wall’ adhesive supplied with your mural should provide enough coverage for up to 24m2 (e.g. 8m wide x 3m high) or 270 ft2 (e.g. 27ft wide x 10ft high). After investigation into your order, I can see your dimensions were within this bracket and the paste supplied would have been enough to comfortably install your mural. 5/5Very good quality and easy to put up, although the walls need to.be very well prepared first to get a great finish, well worth reading the instructions as the wall needs to be sealed.
The staff were really helpful, after I gave them a list of murals and they came back to me the same day with the ones suitable great customer service, will buy from again.

Unfortunately, I was unable to locate any previous communication from yourself with regards to this, therefore, have not been able to assist in resolving the matter. As is clearly stated in our installation guide, we advise all customers to carefully check over their mural before proceeding with your installation. Please be aware, with wall murals, there will always be some loss with the images being scaled up so large. They are meant to be viewed stood back so you can get the full effect, like a painting in a gallery. In addition to this, here at Wallsauce, we have a strict Quality Checking process that every order must successfully undergo before proceeding to our printing & dispatch team. After investigation into your order, I was able to retrieve the Quality Control photograph taken of your mural prior to dispatch, which we believe is true to the image shown on the website.
