Excellent product and service except there was no adhesive enclosed as indicated in advert and invoice. Wallpaper paste did the trick though.

5/5I purchased the heavier (glue the wall) option. Instructions were easy to follow. Mural was perfect size, can’t see the seams at all despite the fact that this old house has strapping on the walls, so had to wallpaper over the straps.
I can’t believe how easy this purchase was. Great selection, easy measurements, competitive prices, prompt delivery. Most of all gorgeous product, quality and easy to install. I’ve already selected my next mural.

3/5The service was A-1, the product was a little disappointing, I thought the wallpaper quality should have been thicker, it curled up on the side edges and the wallpaper paste was low quality.

Please be aware, as we have not received any previous communication from yourself with regards to this, we have not been able to assist in resolving the matter. In order to ensure your mural has a long and healthy life, it's vital you follow our wall preparation and installation guides carefully and closely, to achieve maximum results. We are confident that as long as these steps have been correctly followed, you will not encounter any issues with your installation. As is stated in our guide, we advise customers to lay their panels to rest for at least 5 hours prior to installation. Furthermore, the paste we provide has been rigorously tested by ourselves and has been evaluated in a controlled environment by the paste manufacturers and is certified as ‘excellent’ as it doesn’t cause bubbles or wrinkles to the edges.
