The mural is beautiful and as depicted on the website. It was easy to install.

I ordered a mural and received an email from Wallsauce advising me the photo was AI and may not work as I intended. I was grateful for the email and the suggested replacements they included. Great customer service!

Well marked cut lines, quality paper and print. Great instructions. We cut one width to fit missing the cheek of the chimney so as not to lose the image.

It was easy to order and didn’t take long to arrive. The instructions were clear.

I used the ‘Try in my room’ service before purchasing and also contacted customer services before purchasing who were very helpful. We bought the premium paper which requires paste but had no difficulty putting it up and installation tips were very useful. I’m very happy with the final mural which has transformed the room.

The customer service rep emailed me back quickly and refunded me for one of the samples which wasn’t available for this project.
