3/5I was disappointed on arrival as the pictures had not been put in the frames correctly -the clips were not behind the pictures for 3-4 clips so I had to carefully redo them-clearly you have no quality control process -overall the product looked fine except I had to re do them which wasn't easy

1/5Bought what I thought was glitter wallpaper, however, no glitter on it at all. Very misleading amd a rubbish wallpaper that I paid over £400 for. Very dissapointed.
Hello, we’re very sorry to hear that your mural was not what you expected. We state on all of our ‘glitter wallpaper’ products that you will receive 'a digital print of an image of glitter. The texture of the mural will not be made of glitter’. Furthermore, before printing your wallpaper, the team emailed you to confirm this and sent you screenshots of what you would receive.
