Overall good but their use of DHL was a disaster - took over 3 weeks in transit due to DHL's error in entering the wrong postal code. This was complicated by DHL's use of a third-party courier (Loomis) in Canada, after many frustrating calls to DHL's customer service, and finally to the CEO for Canada, was finally able to receive delivery. Would definitely recommend Wallsauce consider a different courier
