the image was good but it was too small despite me ordering the exact size. When I asked for some more paper to make good they tried to charge me the full amount yet it was there fault in the first place

We can see from these quality control photos that the mural sent to you was made to the dimensions ordered. Our system produces murals to the exact size ordered online and we always recommend customers double check their measurements before ordering. Slim, custom made panels that can be used to cover missed areas of the wall are available at appropriate costs.
