Van begin tot eind goede service. Tijdens uitzoeken via de online chat snel en duidelijk advies gekregen. Het behang was binnen enkele dagen al binnen. Super tevreden over de kwaliteit.

It took forever to get our wall maps. The system is ridiculous in that I work in a large organisation who paid for the maps but I had to let Wallsauce know when the payment was paid. This took multiple emails going back and forward, a lot of wasted time and a huge delay in receiving the product.

Really easy to order and delivered quickly. Good quality paper and easy to apply. Slightly bluer photo than I expected (scene of Buttermere) but looks great on the wall.

Hi Megan, we’re sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service we have provided. We have investigated this matter and can see that in the beginning, we were waiting a few weeks for your organisation to pay the invoice. Our policy states that we cannot send out orders until payment has been received. We did get in touch with you to ask if the payment had been made as it wasn’t clear at our end. At that time, your organisation had closed down for a period and you couldn’t confirm payment to us. As soon as you got back in touch with us, the order was processed and sent out to you and your four-star product review suggests that you are very happy with your map murals which is great to hear! This is a bit of a unique case but our business will be looking further into this to see if we can improve the process for similar customers in the future. Many thanks, The Wallsauce Team
