Can I turn a photo taken on my phone into photo wallpaper?
By all means, upload your photo taken on your phone. However, the quality will likely not be good enough to print as photo wallpaper. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to fix these images. To take the best quality photos, we recommend using a DSLR camera.
What if I've found an image on another website?
You have to gain permission for us to print that image for you, or you can see if we already have access to it. Try uploading a screenshot here.
It says my image is low quality. Can you fix it?
Unfortunately, there is no fix that we can do to improve the image's quality.
Can you edit my image to create personalised wallpaper?
Absolutely! There may be a small design fee for us to create personalised wallpaper, but our studio team can advise you beforehand. For more information on this service, please get in touch.
Can you add a logo to my image before it's printed?
Of course! There may be a small design fee for this service. Please email your image and logo with your details to info@wallsauce.com.
Can you create a bespoke photo collage or montage?
Absolutely! There is a small design fee for bespoke wallpaper, but we will advise you of this depending on your requirements. Please contact us with as much detail as possible, along with the number of images you’d like to include in your montage/ collage.
What are the material options?
We currently have four standard wallpaper options. ‘Classic’, ‘Premium’ and 'Deluxe' are all paste-the-wall materials and we also have a 'Peel and Stick' wallpaper option. Further details can be found on our page on wallpaper materials.
If you are a health establishment, such as a dental surgery or hospital, you might want to consider our 'Deluxe' wallpaper option, which has antimicrobial properties.
Can I get a sample of the custom wall mural before I order?
Yes! Once you've uploaded your image, you can order an A2 sample of your custom wall mural on your choice of material.
How long will shipping take?
We aim to dispatch all murals within 1-2 working days. For delivery timescales, please check out our delivery information.
Can I return my custom printed wallpaper if I’m not happy?
All of our custom printed wallpapers are covered by our 30-day money back guarantee. In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your custom wall mural, you have 30 days to return it to us in its original form and packaging.

5/5Absolutely gorgeous and I love it! But this is the first time I’ve ever had to put up a wall mural (and I’ve done many of them) without any overlap. It was very hard to get the seams correct without any overlap. Which is the only reason I would not purchase from you again.

5/5Wall Sauce was great to work with. I highly recommend them, and the quality of the mural paper & glue was high.
I would not recommend this specific image however. The colours are way too vivid & too saturated. Much more than I expected, especially the orange clouds, which look very garish once up on the wall.
I tried hard to like it & thought it might grow on me over time, but it didn't. The orange was angry & stressful, and clashed with the greens of the forest.
There is also some minor AI-weirdness in the road edges & paint lines. I could live with the weirdness, but not the over saturated AI colours.
Not the fault of Wall Sauce. I should have paid more attention to the colour vividness when I selected it. I took it down off my wall, as it was too stressful to look at. Definitely not serene.
