From the moment I ordered, we were kept informed of progress and tracking. Our murals literally took 4 days from ordering, to arriving on our doorstep Halfway around the world. The murals are true to colour, printed on extremely durable heavy ( almost canvas like) paper. Instructions were great, all glue supplied. Panels were so easy to hang. The product exceeded all expectations, as did the wonderful service 10/10
