The quality of the Wallpaper is excellent. Great level of service and delivered on time. The instructions are easy to follow and the wall-paper can be hung in less than 1 hour.

The wall mural I purchased was great quality. The company were lovely to deal with. My item was delivered to the wrong address and wallsauce managed to locate it for me. Where the delivery company couldn’t.
Would recommend.

I've got the first of the two murals up. I found that the paper must shrink a small bit on drying as in the morning i could see small white cracks where the pieces meet that I tried very hard to make sure didn't exist when applied. I will try to make sure they are tighter on the second mural.

Please be aware, in order to ensure your mural has a long and healthy life, it's vital you follow our wall preparation and installation guides carefully and closely, to achieve maximum results. We are confident that as long as these steps have been correctly followed, you will not encounter any issues with your installation, furthermore, the paste we provide has been rigorously tested by ourselves and has been evaluated in a controlled environment by the paste manufacturers, ensuring it does not cause any shrinkage to the panels. Quality of mural is excellent, it looks great in my room. Service was quick & website is user friendly.
4/5Instructions to decorators had changed but nothing on website to advise of this.
Supply was quick and the picture was great. No problems there at all. Decorator had to ring re the quality of the paste to be used (as supplied) and why lining a wall first was no longer correct procedure. This caused delays as the wall had to be stripped.

Our murals have been specifically designed to be installed upon dry, smooth plastered/painted walls. As we have not yet tested our murals on any other surface, such as lining paper, we cannot advise on this. You must follow the full installation guide that will be supplied with your wall mural, otherwise, we cannot guarantee the product. The paste we supply, it has been rigorously tested by ourselves and evaluated in a controlled environment by the paste manufacturers. The paste makes the murals very easy to adjust by sliding them into place and it’s dry appearance has been certified as ‘excellent’ as it doesn’t cause bubbles or wrinkles to the edges. It is very important when installing you follow the instructions carefully and correctly to ensure you achieve maximum results and are covered by our quality guarantee.
