After investigation, I can see you ordered our popular Silver Sparkle design. Here at Wallsauce, we practice a strict Quality Control process which involves sending true-to-scale close-ups at your wall dimensions, to allow customers to see more of the details and textures that may not be as visible online. These quality control images were approved by you and depict a true reflection of how the mural looks. As you did not raise any concerns, the mural was sent to production for custom printing and cutting. As is stated in our Quality Guarantee, we kindly ask all customers to carefully check over their mural prior to installation and to contact us with any concerns or questions you may have. Unfortunately, I was not able to locate any previous communication from you in regard to this, therefore, have not been able to help resolve the matter sooner.
