Patrick Brooks

Patrick S. Brooks is an illustrator and writer based in Yorkshire, UK.

A graduate in fine art, Brooks primarily works digitally using Photoshop. Using scanned image textures of paint, pastel, canvas and other media, he builds up illustrations with layers to create these ethereal and dreamlike works of art. By assigning textures to custom brushes, Brooks achieves a traditional pastel feel to his work.

As a writer, Patrick also enjoys including narratives into his scenes and creating new characters. To date, he has worked with publishers in South Korea, America, Australia and UK.

All of Patrick's designs make ideal feature walls in children's bedrooms and are available to be printed on a range of high-quality wallpapers.
