Our mural was less than perfect. There was a cutting error which only became apparent once applied to the wall. The print doesn’t fully match panel to panel. Contact with wallsauce was painful and we accepted a full refund, after a lot of back and forward, but we kept the faulty mural as we had paid a decorator to put this up and this cost would not have been covered by wallsauce.
Wallsauce’s initial response was to blame us for poor installation until I could show there was a mismatch in the print and all installation instructions had been followed. They blamed me for not spotting this before installation (how you’re supposed to line up each panel perfectly side by side in full before installation is beyond me) and offered a reprint but would not cover the decorator cost. It took a lot of backward and forward to achieve a refund without having to remove the mural from my wall. Once they’d admitted fault they should have been bending over backwards to help rectify without the customer incurring extra costs. It’s a premium product price without the premium service or premium product.

Wallsauce takes customer satisfaction very seriously and any questions we ask during the initial process are to help us gain more insight to source the route of the issue, so we can diagnose the problem and offer a solution.
As stated on our website in our Terms and Conditions, we accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss including costs incurred using third party decorating services contracted directly by you.
When you approached us in June, we were able to identify a possible cutting issue which you were made aware of, however you had already installed your mural. Please be aware that on our website and in our instructions, we ask customers to check their mural before installation.
As you had already installed your mural we did offer you a free reprint but this was declined. As an additional good will gesture, we offered a full refund of the order which was accepted and imminently processed.
To our understanding, this issue has reached an outcome both parties are happy with. Please get in touch via info@wallsauce.com if you would like to discuss further.
