2/5Sadly my experience hasn't be a positive one at all, the mural I was sent is a different colour to what was advertised, it's very wishy-washy and a different green to what I expected. Spending over £200 I expected it to be perfect and the correct colour. I have since complained and they will not refund me any money what so ever, they have offered to send a replacement as they acknowledge it's not the correct colour (surely it should be correct the first time?). Unfortunately I didn't realise how bad the colour was until it was on the wall and have paid a decorator £120 to put the mural up and now I can't stand it. So I've wasted alot of money and even if I get a replacement I will have to pay again for it to be stripped and replaced. I was genuinely gutted as it's a feature wall in my shop which we are hoping to re-open next week and now we will not be ready in time .
3/5The panels came with the picture as expected and the size was correct. I feel the instructions weren’t as detailed as I would have liked. The paste we received said it would be enough for 5 panels and we only had 4 but there was so much paste left we weren’t sure if we did it right. It appears to be stuck on the wall well enough but what is with all the paste?
The customer expletive was fine but I thought we had free shipping but I had to pay the delivery guy.

5/5The paper was very good quality and the colours were perfect. This is just what I wanted and looks amazing next to the patio door. This brings the garden into the dining room.
I chose a Muriel for my dining room and wanted to ask a few questions on live chat and was advised straight away. The Muriel arrived as advised and has now been hung. The paper was great quality and was easy to hang. It looks amazing and better than expected. Thanks you
5/5No matter the weather it always feels warm with my ceiling mural in my sunroom. It was a great purchase.
Easy to order and lots of images to choose from. Parcel arrived packed well and quickly.

It was extremely easy to order and it arrived in perfect condition. I have to say the final final results exceeded my expectations and I absolutely love it. Everyone comments on it as soon as they enter our home. If I ever needed a feature wall done again I would go straight back to Wallsause without hesitation.

We are sincerely sorry that you feel your experience hasn’t been what you expected. It certainly isn’t that of a vast majority of our customers as our reviews show. Colour issues on our murals are incredibly rare and in your case, after hearing about the issue, a new custom made mural was produced immediately and is already on its way to you. We try and make it very clear on our communications and instructions that if you have any concerns with the mural, that you contact us straight away and do not install it on your wall. In the rare event of an issue, we are normally able to rectify the problem swiftly and without fuss.
