1/5I was so excited about this product but have never been more disappointed in a purchase. Apparently, I didn’t follow the directions exactly by allowing my paint THREE WEEKS to dry. My wall prep couldn’t have been the issue- this product didn’t stick to the wall even slightly and from the very moment I removed the backing I could tell it wasn’t sticky. I applied it to my wall as directed (on very dry paint) and when I came in the room the next day it was all in a pile on the floor.
I contacted customer service and asked for a refund, but because I didn’t let my paint dry for nearly a month they refused to help me with anything other than a “goodwill refund of 10%”. I spent $350 in this product and I’m completely out that money.
The people at the hardware store told me the paint I used dries completely overnight and the “gases” would have been gone and not reduced the adhesion on anything.
Their adhesive just doesn’t stick.
Save the money! You can hire a muralist for this much money!

We love the paper which is a deep blue abstract mural but you could see the white between the panels. Our decorator tried everything he could to fix it, calling Wallsauce twice but was told it was the type of paper. We eventually did a bit of colouring in with oil pastels as suggested but you can still notice it which is a shame because it is a beautiful paper.

The product itself wasn’t what I was expecting in terms of the colours in it. They were a lot brighter and bolder. It doesn’t look like what I was expecting.

We are extremely happy with our 3D trees & blue bells wall mural. It was very easy to paste onto the wall and looks so real now.
It looks like you can actually walk into the mural and go for a relaxing walk now.
It stands out so well and is an instant eye catcher for any of our friends or extended family whom walk past this room.

We provide these detailed instructions as this is how our murals have been tested. It is up to the customer to follow these instructions, otherwise, we cannot accept liability and the guarantee is void should anything go wrong with the mural.
