Product - Looks amazing on the wall, I ordered quite a large print on premium paper and had no trouble hanging myself. The paste supplied was actually too much for the 3-5 strips it mentioned so I would mix half next time and more as I go along if needed

Good service - the sunset wasn't as red as the picture but overall we were very pleased.

The order arrived promptly within the promised timeframe. The quality of the mural is excellent and also included very comprehensive instructions for application. Delighted with the result overall

2/5Image is blurry/fuzzy. Waste of a lot of time and money.
Response time was always delayed. Paid for a large swatch and the image was blurry. Not what was expected and total waste of time and money. Would be much easier to just let customers initially order a smaller 12x12 swatch online of the desired print and deliver via standard post. They are definitely not encouraging designers to spec their product.

Hi Aimee, thank you for taking the time to leave your review with us. Unfortunately, we can't find any communication from yourself on this matter so have been unable to talk to you about this. With wall murals, there will always be some loss with the images being scaled up so large. They are meant to be viewed stood back so you can get the full effect, a bit like a cinema screen. Your mural choice is one of our best sellers and as we are large format printers, smaller samples are a challenge for us but it is something that we are currently investigating.
