I had a great first time experience ordering from Wallsauce! I had questions at first and they were all addressed quickly via emails. I love my mural, I am using it more like a huge picture and will float a wood frame around it. I got a 5 x 5 ft peel and stick, this is Star Lake and I love it so much! The shipping was quick and I am beyond happy! Can't wait for my next project I will for sure do another!

Hello Glory, I am deeply sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. As we mentioned in our communication to you, it seems you have encountered a paste preparation issue and have incorrectly mixed the paste, causing the seams to separate. It is very important when installing, you follow the instructions carefully and correctly to ensure you achieve maximum results. The paste we supply with our murals has been rigorously tested by ourselves and has been evaluated in a controlled environment by the paste manufacturers. If we felt the paste we supplied compromised our murals in any way and was not of high quality, we would certainly not provide it. Kindest Regards, Shannon.
