2/5I have purchase a couple of murals from you in the past with great results but not so much this time
Well this is not about the service it is more about the product. The problem is at the seams a white strip edge is seen at every panel, tried to overlap still white stripe appears from matching panel.

5/5When they found they had made a small mistake in the length of the paper they provided us with, they replaced the order free of additional charge, even though the mistake was not discovered until the first batch of wallpaper had been pasted on the wall.
4/5Love my purchase from Wallsauce! Quick delivery, easy to follow instructions and very good quality paper. However…… a couple of suggestions for improvement. Firstly, the addition of 5 cms to your height and width of area to be covered is not enough. Also, my design is very dark, and when the panels are hung edge to edge, you can see a white seam as the wallpaper is printed on a white back paper. Dark print could be printed on dark paper to alleviate this issue?

We suggest adding an extra 5cm to both width and height to ensure full coverage should your wall be slightly out. This added extra is usually enough for the majority of walls and we trust customers to follow our measuring guide correctly to ensure accurate sizes, as each mural is bespoke printed. Please be aware, printing onto dark paper would compromise the colours and quality of the print, which is why we only print onto white materials, to ensure a vibrant finish. We are confident that if our wall preparation and installation guides have been correctly followed, you should not encounter any installation issues and the mural should appear seamless. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate any previous communication from yourself with regards to this, therefore, have not been able to assist in resolving the matter. Please be aware, in order to ensure your mural has a long and healthy life, it's vital you follow our wall preparation and installation guides carefully and closely, to achieve maximum results. Normally, seam issues arise from a range of factors such as improper wall surface preparation, inconsistent adhesive application, extreme environmental conditions or sometimes from over-vigorous pressure applied to the paper causing it to stretch slightly, subsequently retracting at the seams. As far as we are able to ascertain, there are no known defects in the mural materials or paste that we supply and should you have required any assistance during your installation process, our friendly studio team are always on hand to offer guidance.
