Well packed, lots of paste included, good instructions. Good thick paper which made it easy to hang even though I have the wallpaper hanging chops of a very lightly trained monkey.

And also - everything on the map was spelled correctly. Unlike a map I previously ordered from another website which featured the "Ecuator" and the "Corsal Sea".

I was very impressed with their personalized customer service. Very helpful when speaking to them on the phone. It was not until I spoke with them that I knew they were in England and I reached them just before their closing time that day as I was calling from the USA. They walked me through the product choices, how they were meant to be used, etc. I received samples shortly thereafter. Impressed with the samples, I placed my order. I had it installed professionally and could not be more pleased with the results. A first class product from a first class company. I highly recommend them.
