Clear instructions, securely packaged would have preferred stickers on reverse side of paper as some did not remove easily and were too close to finished image, I.e were not in the trim off part of paper

So happy with this mural - it looks amazing!
We order this on the classic paper which is great quality and our decorator said it was very easy to apply.
Quick delivery and clear instructions on how to apply. Came in 6 sections which were clearly labelled.
Would definitely recommend.

Initially, our order didn’t get processed through ordering online(believe it may have been because I was ordering it on my phone) and only the delivery cost was taken.
I spoke to customer services who were able refund the delivery cost from the original “order” and placed the order over the phone.
