Really responsive when ordering - I got to preview the layout to ensure that it was exactly how I expected it - I even got a view of it in "real scale".
Received the product itself really promptly and the instructions were very clear.
One tiny problem was quickly resolved by the support team.

It's a beautiful mutual, but the focal point is out of focus and on a big wall, it's very hard on the eyes, it makes me dizzy. The bottom part which is in focus looks great. Customer service was great. I just don't recommend wallpaper that has any part of it out of focus. This is my fault, it was out of focus on the sample it's just not as noticeable when it's a small image.

Really great - it was very helpful having Wallsauce check with me for the quality of the picture with my measurements before they finalised it.

Using Wallsauce was much more straightforwards than I expected. Being able to put in the measurements and then have a 'snapshot' of what the mural would look like was so helpful.
