Online ordering process was really easy, just measure your wall and upload XY with 5cm grace, then within 5 days product is delivered to your door. Full instructions provided and you can call for advice if needed. Easy to apply to wall (we went for self adhesive panels) took a day to complete World Map mural and it looks Stunning in my 12yo son's bedroom. Definitely get yourself one if you're considering it!!
