4/5Great printing quality, bright and vibrant colours. Would have appreciate do white edges of the panels being black tinted to match the background to minimise the impact of the seams between the panels.
Delivered on time, well packaged so no damage. Excellent printing quality. Only concern is that the image I chose has a black background and the edges of the paper/vinyl are white so I fear the seams will be rather obvious once hung. Would have been of benefit if the edges were tinted after cutting to match the colour next to them, so seams between panels would be minimised.

We hebben 2 keer behangpapier besteld. De eerste keer klopte de print niet omdat we het patroon 2 keer boven elkaar wilden hangen. We wisten niet dat er van de boven- en onderkant een stuk zou worden van gesneden. Jammer dat we al begonnen waren met het op te hangen voor we dit probleem gezien hadden. We hebben dan wel een korting gegeven, maar dit vonden we toch niet voldoende. De tweede keer had ik classic papier besteld in plaats van premium. Ik vond de kwaliteit van de print de tweede keer veel slechter het wit van het papier komt er nog door. Als je op 2 à 3 meter afstand staat, zie je dit probleem niet meer. We hebben het toch maar opgehangen omdat we niet de moeite wilden doen om het terug te sturen. Dit is niet jullie probleem, maar we hebben ook problemen ondervonden met DHL. Ik ga toch 2 keer nadenken voordat ik nog eens iets in Groot-brittannië bestel. Want voor 10 min. telefoneren met één van uw medewerkers heb ik meer dan 7€ betaald. Ik vrees trouwens ook een beetje dat het door de Brexit in de toekomst nog moeilijker en duurder zal zijn om in Groot-brittannië iets te bestellen.
Op de foto zie je bovenaan het blauw van de print op classic papier en onderaan hetzelfde blauw op het premium papier. Ook de scheidingslijn (foto 2) tussen de twee kleuren is minder scherp.
5/5Terrific. The wall paper was so well packed. The quality of the paper was superb. It even included paste. So helpful to have a photocopy of the strips. That way we could easily center it on the wall. In fact we started with pannel 6 and worked our way to pannel 1 because of the extra centimeters ordered and thecut off that way it was perfectly centered. Brilliant

5/5Nice product but the online tool messed up my order. I was very specific about how I wanted the image cropped and told them via email. All this but it came out wrong. Disappointing.

Hi Kim, we’re sorry to hear that you haven’t received the mural you were hoping for. We can see, however, that you have received exactly what you ordered. You ordered two murals hoping that they would match up, but each mural is individually made and is not designed to automatically match up to another individually made mural. We learnt that this was your objective through communication after you had started installing your mural, If you had advised us beforehand we could have amended your order to suit your requirements. Also, we do state with every order that our customer checks that they are happy with what they receive before installation. As a gesture of goodwill, we did honour you with a discount for your second order. The reason why you are seeing slightly different shades is that your second order is on a different material as per your request. We hope you do continue to shop with brands in the UK. Wallsauce ships its murals outside of Europe on a daily basis without any problems.
