Good website, easy to use, great quality mural & very helpful staff

The photo on the mural was clear, exactly what I wanted and the cut sections matched perfectly. I am glad I ordered the thicker paper because it was easy to handle and hang, didn't crease and helped cover imperfections in the wall. Everyone who sees our bathroom wall mural loves it and I am recommending Wallsauce to them.

I received my order from Wallsauce overseas faster than some places I order from in the U.S. It was well packed and in great shape.

This was produced from a photo taken by my husband a few years ago. I did notice that the strips shrunk a bit when they were dry even though the joins were perfect. They can't be noticed though.

The product quality was excellent and securely packed. I was kept informed about progress on printing and despatch. The delivery to Tasmania was quicker than I expected. My young grandson helped me install the mural and the result is fantastic.

Produced the picture / mural I wanted in a two metre square and it is awesome. Highly recommended.

Quality is great, but the cut was poor leading to difficulties during the installation.

We recently purchased a Penguin wall mural for my daughters bedroom and have to say the ordering process is very simple, delivery was quick and the print quality was great!

So, I’d arranged for my decorator whom is a time-served professional and has hung many of these murals before! He followed their instructions to the letter as he’s done time and time again, but unknowingly to him on this occasion, the top panel which should have been number 1 in the sequence was actually number 2. The actual number 1 had been placed on the bottom of the full 7 panels, so the order went 2,3,4,5,6,7,1. This only came apparent when the final panel was being applied which was then out of sequence!

In addition to this, the cut on the panels was not straight and although I had given plenty of wiggle room in the measurements, it came up short as the cut was not straight when lining the print up! Lucky for me, my decorator is great and patched this up and your unable to see a gap at the top, but the point is, he shouldn’t have had to!

He informed me of this and I rang Wallsuace and explained what had happened! They were adamant he must have installed them incorrectly and not followed the instructions as it was in order at the time of packing. They then said he should have laid them all out before installing, which if I had a spare tennis court to lay a full 7 panels out then I’m sure he would have done!

I have to say the aftercare is appalling and I’m still waiting for a response from an email I sent back to them on the 9th July 2019. They have implied that my decorator (whom is a very close friend) must be lying, which I’m not impressed about that they are questioning the integrity of someone they do not know.

I can’t quibble about the print quality, it’s perfect, it’s just a shame they won’t respond once it seems they have their money. All I wanted was a reprint of one panel to try and patch the half finished wall in my little girls bedroom, but they can’t even respond to that! Not a happy bunny.......
