1/5Stay Away - Low Quality ⚠️
We received the wallpaper late.
The product unwrapped looks like high quality.
The first 1-2 weeks the wallpaper looks good in the bedroom and then it starts bubbling and falling off at the corners.
We paid the (Most Premium) product type you can pay!!
I can't imagine how bad it would look if we selected a cheaper option.
Stay away from all options if this is the end result after a few weeks.

We were all geared up to fit the new mural over the bank holiday weekend and paid fir express delivery to ensure it arrived on time. A parcel from Wallsauce was delivered to us on the friday, but it was someone else's order. Wallsauce refunded the express delivery charge and promised we would receive the correct order by the followibg Thursday. When this didn't happen, my subsequent emails were met with complete silence. We did eventually get the murall we ordered (a few days later) and we're really pleased with the product and how it looks on the wall.

I am very sorry to hear you have encountered an installation issue.
Unfortunately, I was unable to locate any previous communication from you with regard to this, therefore, have not been able to assist in resolving the problem sooner.
Please be aware, it is vital our wall preparation and installation guides are closely and correctly followed to ensure you achieve maximum results and a smooth installation process. As far as we are able to ascertain, there are no known defects in the peel-and-stick material we supply. We have used the same material you have for over 5 years and produce several hundred custom-made peel-and-stick murals each month, using this material. Should there have been a defect in the roll of material your mural was printed onto, this would become immediately apparent to us through our customer base, which is simply not the case.
As a remote seller, we are unable to conduct any more detailed evaluation, apart from gathering information and reviewing the photo/video evidence supplied by the customer. The issues we can see in the photo and video evidence you have provided strongly indicate a gassing issue, which occurs when the mural is installed on a painted/primed wall which is not completely dry, or points to incorrect wall preparation.
We are a trusted and well-respected provider of high-quality custom-made murals and unhappy customers are not what we strive for.
